Unit 16, The Buttermarket
Steve Norris' latest exhibition of original canvases can be found within the historic 'Buttermarket' building in Newark on Trent. Newark Town Hall was built between 1774 and 1776 and remains one of the finest Georgian town halls in the country, forming the striking centrepiece to the magnificent Market Square. Paintings can be found on closed display in unit 16 (downstairs, front), with smaller pieces on the walls of the buttermarket café (upstairs). On display in the 2 spaces are:
